I am a Health Psychology Registrar and generally registered Psychologist with a passion for supporting people at the intersection of physical and psychological health. I completed my Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and Master of Psychology (Health) at the University of Queensland and have worked across public and private settings.

I have a strong interest in working alongside individuals navigating medical conditions, chronic health concerns, and the emotional experiences that accompany them. I have a particular interest in sleep difficulties and am trained in the assessment and treatment of insomnia and nightmare disorders. I also support clients adjusting to major life changes, as well as those experiencing anxiety, low mood, grief, stress, burnout, and trauma.
