Our Fees

Individual Clients

We provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, parents and adults (in person and via telehealth). Payment is at the end of each session and, if eligible, you may receive a rebate through your Medicare Mental Health Treatment Plans or via Private Health Insurance.

You do not require a referral to book individual therapy with us if you are self-funding. Clients who are accessing support through DVA, Workcover or EAP have no out of pocket costs.

Standard 50-minute session- General Psychologist: $205 per session*
Standard 50-minute session- Clinical Psychologist or Educational and Developmental Psychologist: $245 per session*
Please note: after-hours appointments (before 8am, after 5:30pm or on a Saturday or Sunday) attract a $20 surcharge

*Sessions with your psychologist may be eligible for a Medicare or Private Health rebate. You are not able to claim both for a single session. The current Medicare Rebate for a 50-minute session is $93.35 for a General Psychologist or Educational and Developmental Psychologist and $137.05 for a Clinical Psychologist. Private Health rebates will depend on your insurance and level of cover. It is best to contact your Private Health Fund directly to enquire about rebates.

NDIS Clients

We provide psychology support to NDIS clients who are either Self-Managed or Plan-Managed. We are not able to provide support to those who are managed by NDIS directly. For self-managed clients, your fee is paid at the end of your session, and you claim back with NDIS. For plan managed clients we will invoice your plan managers.

Standard 50-minute session- General, Educational and Developmental or Clinical Psychologist: $214.41 per session

Psychometric Assessments

We are able to provide cognitive, achievement, behavioural and ADHD assessments for children and adolescents.

Please note that we are unable to offer ASD assessments or court reports for Family Court Matters.

All our assessments include intake, assessment administration, evaluation, report writing and a feedback session.

Fees for assessments vary depending on a variety of factors. Generally fees range between $950 to $2700, including a comprehensive report. During an assessment it may become clear that further testing would be of benefit and this may mean a change in fee.

If this happens it will be discussed with you at the time. Below are some of the different types of assessments we offer:
