Laura Harding

Laura (she/her) is a generally registered Psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and a Master of Organisational Psychology. She has experience in a range of professional environments, including the private and public sectors.

Laura’s therapeutic approach is based on CBT and ACT, utilising components of other therapeutic techniques to create an eclectic, personalised experience. She has a strengths-based, holistic approach to therapy.

Laura has worked in a variety of settings supporting individuals with anxiety, mood disorders, grief/loss and general life difficulties.

Laura is warm and non-judgemental, and is looking forward to supporting you.

Laura grew up in Brisbane, and since completing her university studies has lived in Darwin and Canberra as an Army Psychologist. She has two miniature dachshunds and enjoys boxing.
