Tiffany (she/her) is a bilingual Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Professional Psychology. Tiffany brings her compassionate nature and extensive experience to create a safe and supportive environment for her clients. Tiffany’s approach is all about warmth, empathy, and building genuine connections. She understands that opening up and sharing your story takes trust, and she is committed to establishing a strong rapport with each and every client.
Having worked in various sectors including private, forensic, education, and community, Tiffany has a deep appreciation for the diverse layers of the human experience. She has had the privilege of assisting individuals of all ages, from children to adolescents, adults, and families.
Areas of Experience/Interest:
Drawing from evidence-based interventions like Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, Tiffany tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of her clients. She believes in the power of their strengths and is dedicated to helping them achieve their personal and mental well-being goals.
Tiffany is a registered provider with the Queensland Police Service SelfRefer program.
As a board approved supervisor, Tiffany is also able to offer supervision services to students completing their provisional psychologist internship program or to registered psychologists seeking a supervisor.
Outside of her work at Room to Grow, Tiffany also spends part of her time in the education sector. She grew up in Brisbane and loves staying active and enjoys playful moments with her Husky. Tiffany also loves to explore different cuisines and immersing herself in diverse cultures.
Assessment:
Tiffany offers psychological assessments with a specific focus on Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and also giftedness ability reports.
Tiffany offers a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to discuss concerns and determine assessment suitability and options before progressing with the assessment process.
